As the US distributor of the Z2 and Z2-R, we offer full repair support for both devices. Most of the parts that wear on this device are easily replaceable by you. We sell a repair kit that includes all of these typical wear parts. We also offer a full rebuild service if your Z2 or Z2-R breaks beyond the wear kit. This includes the supply of a loaner unit for the duration of your devices repair. Rebuilds and parts are priced to be super affordable enough to keep your unit working for a long time.

This product is a consumable. The manufacturer provides a one year limited warranty for defects in the materials and production process of the product.

The warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by wear, deformation, corrosion, oxidation, self-modification or repair, incorrect operation, improper storage and transportation, and other usage than for which it was designed. The input shaft components are wear parts and are not covered by the warranty.

The Z2 and Z2-R both have options for a rebuild kit (as seen in the video) or a full rebuild. 

The Z2 repair kit includes:

• input shaft washer
• input shaft key-lock
• 2 washers
• 1 flat bearing washer

The full rebuild options:

The full rebuild option is available for repairs beyond normal wear.
